Tender №C02696 for Overhaul of Power Oil-filled Transformers and Auxiliary Equipment

−      Acceptance and incoming control of the transformer.

−      Development of repair and design documentation for the transformer.

−      Overhaul of transformer with winding change.

−      Performance of factory acceptance tests (PSI) of the transformer.

−      Supply of spare parts to the transformer in the volume of at least two sets: set of HV and LV inputs, magnetic system input, set of gaskets and seals, set of responsible shutoff valves.

−      Packing, preservation, preparation of transformer for shipment in accordance with developed procedure of preservation, packing and loading plan.

−      Transfer/acceptance of transformer from repair.

−      Preparation and transfer to the Company of the necessary documentation in the required scope.

−      Provision of consulting, technical and/or other support within the framework of assembly, installation and commissioning works performed by the Company's forces and facilities.

−      Experience of overhaul of oil-filled transformers with capacity from 1600 kVA and nominal voltage of high-voltage (HV) winding from 10 kV to 35 kV inclusive.

−      Experience of overhaul of oil-filled transformers with capacity from 25000 kVA and nominal voltage of high-voltage (HV) winding from 35 kV and higher.

−      Availability of experience and availability of approved procedure/procedure for winding replacement in accordance with RF RD SO 34-38-20217-2005 "Power oil transformers of general purpose. General Overhaul Specification".

−      Competence of personnel to perform works on oil-filled transformers of ABB and/or other manufacturers.

−      Compliance with international and/or national quality control standards ISO 9001 or GOST R ISO 9001-2015.

−      Availability of internal documentation establishing the procedure for organization and quality control of performed works on defects, repair and acceptance tests of oil-filled equipment (transformers).

−      Availability of thermal vacuum chambers for drying of separate windings to assembly of active part and fully assembled active part, or effective contract for use of described equipment. The thermal vacuum chamber for drying must be not less than D 3000 mm x W 2000 mm x V 3300 mm.

−      Availability of equipment for manufacturing windings and magnetic system.

−      Availability of equipment for transformer oil treatment.

−      Presence of lifting mechanisms (beam crane, bridge crane).
