–       Disposal (burial) of wastes of hazard class IV and V (except for SDW) generated at the Company's facilities, at the waste disposal facility (landfill), in accordance with Federal Law No. 89-FZ dated 24 June 1998 On Production and Consumption Wastes.

–       Availability of a license for collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization and placement of waste of hazard class I‒IV.

–       Availability of the Order on inclusion in the State Register of Waste Disposal Facilities (SRWDF).

–       Provision of an official letter of readiness to accept waste according to the Company's list.

–       Provision of an official letter on inclusion of the landfill in the territorial map of the Sakhalin Oblast.
