The full production cycle of creating a video film — from pre-production (development of the creative concept, scriptwriting, selection of speakers and actors, etc.) to production (filming) and post-production (editing, infographic development, 3D modeling, voice-over work, etc.).

–      Bidder engaged in video film production must have a full-cycle production base — from pre-production (development of creative concepts, scriptwriting, etc.) to production (filming) and post-production (editing, infographic development, 3D modeling, voice-over work, etc.). Bidder must be staffed with sufficient personnel to execute several large-scale projects simultaneously.

–      Bidder 's staff must meet all the Company's requirements for conducting video shoots at remote project sites of Sakhalin-2.

–      For high-quality and prompt execution of video production, it is mandatory for the bidder to possess an archive of footage featuring Sakhalin-2 project objects spanning the last 3–4 years.

–      Additional requirements include market experience, a portfolio of projects completed for Sakhalin Energy, as well as knowledge of and adherence to modern trends and technologies in video film production.

It is assumed that all existing types of video films will be utilised (fictional, documentary, staged productions, 3D technologies, animation, etc.).
