–        Availability of valid classification and convention documents (if any) for a vessel with a validity period of at least until the end of the charter period or availability of a letter of guarantee on maintaining the current validity period during the charter period without distraction from the work performed by the vessel.

–        The possibility of transporting passengers or special personnel in the amount of at least 6 people.

–        Availability of rescue equipment for personnel transportation.

–        Availability of emergency tow line recoil.

–        Presence of side fender protection.
