Tender №C02589 for Implementation of 2 Measurement and Control Systems for Downhole Acoustic Monitoring

Scope of work

- Implementation of two measurement and control systems for downhole acoustic monitoring for Sakhalin Energy facilities (PA-A and PA-B), which have to include:

· two DAS interrogators (optical reflectometer) for recording acoustic data using FOCS as a distributed acoustic sensor;

· data storage and analysis equipment – to ensure simultaneous continuous data recording from at least two wells for 4 hours;

· FOCS switching equipment – for switching DTS and DAS interrogators.

- delivery of the supplied equipment at Sakhalin Energy LLC facilities;

- installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment in equipment rooms (data collection room and main equipment room);

- during the equipment warranty period (2 years), carrying out at least 2 service inspections of the equipment, including visits to the Company's facilities.

Requirements to bidders

- Availability of certified DAS equipment that has undergone a cycle of production tests for well monitoring purposes at oil and gas fields.

- Contractor must have proven successful experience in performing the full cycle of work: not only supply, but also independent installation (assembly and commissioning) of its own DAS equipment at oil and gas facilities.

- Contractor must be ready to comply with the industrial safety requirements of Sakhalin Energy LLC for granting contractor personnel access to the Company's offshore facilities:

· HUET (helicopter underwater escape training) / BOSIET;

· Skyscape evacuation sleeve;

· CAEBS;

· other mandatory courses in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on occupational safety, industrial safety and electrical safety.
