Tender №С02794 for Catering and Household Service at the Offshore Facilities

–       Catering services for personnel at the Company’s offshore platforms (up to 824 persons), including daily meals, lunch boxes, special dietary requirements, soft drinks and coffee station supplies, as well as operation of on-site stores.

–       Housekeeping and camp services at the offshore facilities (PA-A, PA-B and LUN-A platforms), including facility and accommodation cleaning, laundry services and bed-making.

–       Supply of food products, cleaning agents, household and laundry chemicals, consumables and disposable materials, minor household supplies, cleaning equipment, tableware, kitchen utensils and other related items.

–       Inspection, diagnostics and repair of catering and housekeeping equipment provided by the Company to the Contractor under the Contract, upon the Company’s request, where such equipment cannot be repaired at the relevant offshore facility.

–       Expedited procurement of catering and housekeeping equipment and spare parts as required to ensure continuity of operations.

–       Other services (disinfection and rodent control, pest management, laboratory testing, and sanitary and epidemiological inspections).

–       Be a legal entity duly incorporated and registered in the Russian Federation.

–       Have an established office or representative office in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk at the time of сontract execution.

–       Have at least five (5) years of demonstrable and relevant experience in the provision of:

·        catering services, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and night meals, for 800 persons or more at remote industrial facilities;

·        housekeeping services, including facility and accommodation cleaning, at remote industrial facilities;

·        laundry services at remote industrial facilities.

–       Hold valid certifications, or be committed to obtaining the required certifications no later than three (3) months prior to the commencement of the services, in accordance with the following standards:

·        GOST R ISO 22000-2019 – Food Safety Management System;

·        ISO 45001:2018 (GOST R ISO 45001-2020) – Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

–       Be capable of providing, in sufficient numbers, qualified and competent management personnel with relevant qualifications and proven experience to manage all key operational processes and ensure that the quality of the services is consistently maintained at the level required by the Company.

–       Have an established and effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System, supported by documented procedures for monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety requirements.

–       Have adequate warehouse and storage facilities for food products and consumable materials to ensure uninterrupted catering and supply of the offshore platforms.

–       Be committed to full compliance with the Company’s applicable procedures, standards, policies and requirements.

–       Demonstrate sufficient financial capacity, through its own and/or externally available financial resources, to perform the services under post-payment terms, finance subcontracted activities on an advance-payment basis, and procure the required materials and supplies.

–       Be prepared to comply with the requirements for bank monitoring of the contract.
