Tender №С02698 for the Manufacture and Supply of Steel Structural Components and Piping Assemblies

Scope of work

−       Purchasing components and materials for manufacturing if the required items are not available in the Company’s stock.

−       Manufacturing pipe spools and metal structures according to the designer’s drawings, in compliance with Russian regulatory requirements and Company standards, in the contractor’s workshop.

−       Performing work at the Company’s facilities upon individual request.

−       Abrasive blasting of surfaces, applying paint and fireproof coatings.

−       Non-destructive testing of manufactured items, performing hydraulic tests and static load tests. 

−       Checking the contractor organization’s readiness to use certified welding technologies.

−       Labeling, packaging, and shipping products to the Company.

−       Preparing as-built documentation.

−       Responsible storage of components, manufacturing materials, and finished products.

 

Requirements to bidders

−       Capability to manufacture pipe assemblies and metal building structures.

−       Availability of valid certified welding technologies of the participant for the manufacture of pipeline assemblies and metal structures for hazardous production facilities, in accordance with Procedure for the application of welding technologies in the manufacture, installation, repair and reconstruction of technical devices for hazardous production facilities RD 03-615-03  (groups of technical devices at hazardous production facilities: oil and gas production equipment, equipment for chemical, petrochemical, oil refining and explosion- and fire-hazardous industries, building structures) by means of gas tungsten-arc welding, manual arc welding with coated electrodes and a combination of these methods, or readiness to obtain them.

−       Availability of welding procedure specifications qualified in accordance with the international standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and the American Welding Society.

−       Availability of equipment and tools used in inspection at all stages of product manufacturing, including quality control.

−       Availability of an in-house quality control system and service, and auditing of the organization's processes.

−       Availability of production premises for the manufacture of metal structures and pipeline assemblies and other products.

−       Availability of a paint and coating application area, an abrasive blast cleaning area for manufactured products, an area for hydraulic testing of pipelines and shut-off valves, and an area for storing materials and packaging finished products.

−       Experience in procuring products, equipment and materials in large volumes and across a wide range of items within the implementation of medium or large construction projects.

 

Expected date of the contract award 1 February, 2027
Expected contract period 3 years, with an option to extend for another 2 years
