-       Provision of services with wireline tractors of various sizes (set of tools/equipment dedicated to Sakhalin-2 project).

-       Provision of services with associated equipment and tools for well operations (retrievable plugs setting, milling tools, strokers, casing collar locators and other wireline string elements).

-       Provision of services with surface equipment (offshore workshops and units).

-       Performance of onshore system integrity tests for communication check with tools and wireline string elements.

−       Experience of provision services with wireline tractors of various sizes and associated equipment /tools on offshore drilling rigs.

−       Availability of manufacturing and maintenance sites in Russian Federation for refurbishment and maintenance of wireline tractors and associated equipment.

−       Availability of personnel with proven qualifications and experience of working with wireline tractors and associated equipment on offshore drilling rigs.

−       Availability of providing a dedicated set of wireline tractors of various sizes, specially allocated for the Sakhalin-2 project and ready for use in downhole operations at any time.
