Tender №С02799 for Works to Align the Fire Safety Systems with the requirements of the Fire Safety Regulatory and Legal Acts and Regulatory Documents of the Russian Federation

−       Inspection of fire safety systems at the Company's facilities.

−       Development of technical documents for scheduled preventive maintenance of fire safety systems.

−       Scheduled preventive maintenance of fire safety systems, including provision of technical equipment to ensure the availability of all necessary technical equipment used for the scheduled preventive maintenance of fire safety systems.

−       Testing of technical equipment and fire safety systems.

−       Have the license of EMERCOM of Russia for installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment for buildings and structures for the performance of work included in the licensed type of activity.

−       Have certification for the right to design fire safety equipment for buildings and structures that have been commissioned (fire extinguishing, fire and security alarm systems, fire warning and evacuation systems, fire notification systems).

−       Be the member of a self-regulatory organisation.

−       Have a direct hire employee responsible for carrying out a licensed type of activity who has a higher or secondary professional education in Fire Safety or a higher education in Technosphere Safety (Fire Safety discipline) or different higher education provided that he/she receives additional professional education under a standard additional professional programme ‒ a professional advanced programme approved by the licensing authority.

−       Be capable to provide certified Russian-made technical equipment used in the performance of work with relevant certificates and declarations for compliance with the requirements;

−       Have equipment, tools, including measuring equipment as per the list provided for in Part 4 of Article 24 of the Federal Law On Fire Safety.

−       Have proven experience in performing work/providing services in the area of design, installation, maintenance and repair of fire extinguishing systems.

−       Have experience in developing maintenance procedures and maintenance instructions for fire safety systems.
