-      Daily provision of hot set lunches according to the agreed menu and requirements.

-      Daily service of coffee rooms with necessary food and drinks (tea, coffee, sugar and other related goods).

-      Provision of services for meetings and conferences according to the agreed menu.

-      Regular maintenance of kitchen and refrigerating equipment in the catering facilities, including purchase of spare parts and consumables.

-      Provision of breakfast service on a cash basis.

-      Provision of services in coffee shops, including the sale of goods and own products on a cash basis.

-      Availability of the Office (the possibility of opening a representative office) in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

–      Proven similar experience: catering (lunch at office facilities) from 600 to 1200 portions daily.

-      Certification to the standards listed below/readiness to obtain certificates within three months before the start of work under the contract: availability of food safety management system GOST R ISO 22000-2019 under current contracts/contract.

-      Availability of competent management personnel to organise all key processes both during the mobilization period and during the contract validity period aimed at ensuring high quality of services.

-      Readiness to follow Company's procedures and standards.
