Tender №С02786 for the Provision of Access to the Individual Information Portal with the Latest Versions of International Standards for the Oil and Gas Industry

–       Provision of access to the individual information portal, which must be hosted on the contractor's resources.

–       Acquiring of International Standards according to the list provided by the Company and uploading them to the portal.

–       Monitoring the status of Standards on a quarterly basis and updating the status (indicating the current status: "valid", "to be updated", "outdated", etc.).

–       Additional services:

·        updating the Standards version upon the Company's request;

·        translation of Standards into the Russian language by the Company’s request;

·        purchase of the additional Standards by the Company’s request;

·        analysis of the content of Standards updates;

·        comparative analysis of foreign Standards with Russian regulatory documents.

–       Confirmation of the possibility of purchasing and providing the Company with Standards according to the list compiled by the Company (not less than 70%).

–       Confirmation of the right to acquire international Standards (licenses) and subsequent possible use and transfer to third parties in the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of the applicable requirements of the copyright holder and licensing conditions.

–       Guarantee of user safety when working with the portal.

–       Confirmation of the availability of its own information resource for posting, storing, and updating regulatory and technical documentation.
