Tender №С02703 for Maintenance and Repair of Plate Heat Exchange Equipment

‒       Disassembly equipment.

‒       Dismantling of plates and worn seals.

‒       Flushing (without disassembly) of the unit according to the equipment manufacturer's recommendations based on maintenance procedures and/or according to parameter monitoring.

‒       Hydraulic testing of heat exchanger.

‒       Disassembly/assembly of the plate package of the heat exchanger with replacement of seals, and in case of defects, replacement of heat exchanger plates.

‒       Check (inspection, defect detection) of dismantled heat exchange plates.

‒       Mechanical and chemical cleaning and flushing of dismantled heat exchanging plates.

‒       Installation of new seals.

‒       In case of adhesive type seals, new seals shall be attached to heat exchanging plates.

‒       Assembly of equipment.

‒       Drafting of the work completion report.

‒       Preparation of the report on the fault of rejected plates with justification and photographs attached.

‒       Technical and advisory support for maintenance and repair of the equipment

‒       Availability of an extract from the Register of members of a self-regulatory organisation of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

‒       A bidder shall have at least three (3) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of plate heat exchangers.

‒       A bidder shall have production equipment for the maintenance and repair of heat exchangers in the workshop and/or at the customer's facility.

‒       A bidder shall have experience in repairing heat exchangers with adhesive type of installation of heat exchange plate seals.

‒       A bidder shall be capable to provide confirmation that it is possible to mobilise personnel to the Company's facilities (onshore and offshore) to perform inspection, maintenance and repair of heat exchangers.
