Scope of work	– Motor third-party liability insurance (OSAGO) for vehicles and road construction equipment, as well as voluntary insurance for vehicles against damage, theft, or hijacking (KASKO).
Requirements to bidders	– Having a valid license from the Bank of Russia. – Membership in the Russian Association of Motor Insurers (RSA). – A national stability rating of at least AA at the time of the tender. – A key financial stability indicator from the Bank of Russia of at least 1.0. – Having an office in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
