RBK+: Special Issue on HR Potential

In the special issue dedicated to the 9th Eastern Economic Forum, the head of the company spoke about the role of business in developing HR sovereignty for the future of the oil and gas industry.

As Roman Dashkov points out during the interview, the participation of the business community is necessary at every stage of the training system for fuel and energy specialists. "Addressing the issue of creating a talent pool is an integral part of the company's mission – it is necessary to create a centre of competence based on many years of professional experience, taking into account the best international and Russian practices," stressed the CEO.

The special issue pays particular attention to synchronising the efforts of the authorities and the business community in tackling the challenges of building human capital for the key economic sectors of the Russian Far East, a region of strategic importance for the sustainable development of the country as a whole.
